LayerZoo - Colaso Unique NFT Competition – Terms & Conditions

Organizer: The competition is organized by the LayerZoo team ("Organizer") in association with layerzoo.com.

Eligibility:
Open to all individuals worldwide aged 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Participants must download and use the LayerZWallet mobile wallet (available at https://layerzwallet.com/#download) to hold and view their NFTs.
Team members, immediate family, or anyone directly involved in creating the collection are ineligible.

Competition Period: The competition begins on January 06, 2026, and remains open until a valid winner is confirmed or the Organizer officially ends it.

How to Enter & Win:
Identify the single unique NFT in the LayerZoo - Colaso collection.
Provide a clear, correct explanation of why it is unique.
At the time of claiming, the entrant must:
Own the identified unique NFT, AND
Own two additional NFTs from the LayerZoo - Colaso collection or any subsequent official LayerZoo collections (forming a "set of 3").
Provide screenshots from the LayerZWallet mobile wallet showing the wallet address and ownership of the required NFTs.

Claims must be submitted via official channels (announced in Telegram or on layerzoo.com).

Prize:
One (1) prize of $5000 (payment method and currency equivalent determined by the Organizer at time of payout).
The prize fund becomes active and payable only after both Colaso #24 and Colaso #34 have been sold on the secondary marketplace (Gamma.io).
If these NFTs are not sold, the prize remains inactive.
Only the first valid claim (meeting all requirements) will win. The Organizer's decision on validity is final.

Winner Verification:
Ownership will be verified on-chain via Stacks blockchain explorers, supported by provided LayerZWallet screenshots.
The Organizer reserves the right to request additional proof or disqualify any entry suspected of fraud, manipulation, or rule violation.

Prize Distribution:
Paid to the winner's verified wallet address.
Winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting requirements in their jurisdiction.

Changes & Termination:
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the competition at any time without liability.
Any changes will be announced in the official Telegram group and on layerzoo.com.

Liability:
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, blockchain delays, wallet compatibility, or market conditions.
Participation is at your own risk. NFTs involve financial risk.

Privacy: Wallet addresses, screenshots, and submission details will only be used for competition administration.
